8th Grade Students and Families:
Our goal is to communicate the pertinent information you will need to assist your students as they transition from 8th grade at ACA to your local district High School campus. Below is the link to the webinar that was conducted on 10/22/2024. You may need to use your student's Google account for access.

We encourage you to stay informed with up-to-date information from the high school that you anticipate your child will be attending for the next school year.

Each district is responsible for updating their website and maintaining accurate information. If you have any questions, please contact the high school counseling department of the high school or district that your child will be attending for the 2023-2024 school year.

Dubiski Career High School is an application-only school. The criteria for out-of-district students are listed below:
80% in all core classes
Pass all STAAR Exams
95% attendance rate (On average not more than 4 absences a semester)
No discipline issues
The following documents from the current year will need to be attached to the application:
Report Card
STAAR Scores from 7th grade (if taken)
Attendance report
Discipline report (if you don’t have any discipline, a note on letter-head signed by an administrator is sufficient.)
